How does the "Leave behind" reminder work?
Set up separation alerts in the Find My iPhone app in case you forget an item.
In the Find My app, you can activate separation alerts for other items so you don’t forget them. You will receive an alert whenever the device that shares your location is separated from the item.
You can also define trusted locations, meaning places where you can leave an item without receiving an alert.
Important: To receive separation alerts, make sure to enable notifications for the Find My app. See the "Modify notification settings" section on iPhone.
